Shipping Policy :

in the world for free.
* All dresses will be securely shipped via a reliable source.
* The majority of orders should arrive within 5-7 working days
from shipment date. When your order is shipped, a notification
will be sent to the email address you provided. You can email us
check the status of your order anytime.
* We also provide express delivery, if requested, by the
customer. However, there will be an additional charge will be
added for an express delivery.
Return Policy :
We want all of our customers to be happy with every purchase
they make from us. Consequently, if you are not satisfied, we
shall work with you until you are. Should you need to return an
item, please review the complete details of our return policy
below to determine if any special conditions apply.
* Since all our dresses are custom made, all sales will be final
sales, with no returns and no exchanges.
* If we make a mistake on your dress (such as we made the wrong
size or wrong color from what you provide to us), we will either
re-make you a new one free of charge or give you all refunds,
whichever you prefer. Therefore, it is important that you
provide us the correct measurements and color.
* All returns should be made acknowledged to us within 5 days of
receiving your order, after which, we will not be liable to
return any item. No credit will be issued on items damaged due
to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our
control.
* In case of a refund, we shall be deducting 20% of the original
cost minus the shipping charges. Also the shipping charges will
not be refundable.
* Please note that the item must be returned in the same
condition in its original packaging it was received. The
customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses
both-ways. |
